The club organises a large range of activities. The type
of events on offer in any schedule depends very much on
what members are able and available to lead. Some of the
events require considerable levels of skill to lead and
to participate in.

The club also runs a number of regular weekly activities
aimed at improving members fitness levels:

The cost of AOA trips are always kept to a minimum and
usually consist of the cost of doing the activity, shared
transport costs plus a small club fee.
